Mixed Progress in Energy Conservation among Local Electrical Utilities

Toronto, December 9, 2013 - How is your local utility doing in delivering energy conservation?
The Environmental Commissioner released Volume Two of his Annual Energy Conservation Progress Report, Building Momentum: Results today. The report reviews the progress the government has made in increasing energy efficiency and reducing the use of electricity, oil, propane, natural gas and transportation fuels in the province.
The Commissioner also reports on the progress in energy conservation among power utilities in all Ontario communities. You can see how your local utility is performing in the report’s detailed appendix.
